The question you write on the homepage is kept as a draft in your browser tab when you continue to Milo. It is not sent as a chat message by the landing page. Review Milo’s age acknowledgement and privacy context before sending.

Cookies, browser storage and optional analytics

Necessary browser storage supports sign-in and tab-scoped Milo drafts and guest access. If you request account deletion, an HTTP-only cookie stores your deletion-status receipt for up to 90 days. These functions are separate from optional analytics.

With your permission, PostHog receives limited activity events such as page visits, browser and device categories, navigation and Milo usage milestones. Analytics uses a random browser identifier in local storage, not an analytics cookie. We exclude chat messages, health answers and private record identifiers, and disable session recording.

Analytics stays off until you accept. Accept or reject using the banner, or open “Cookie & privacy settings” below at any time to change your choice. Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes the local analytics identifier; it does not automatically erase previously collected events. Contact support for questions about previously collected information.

Conversation and account controls

Guest conversations and signed-in accounts have different access and history controls. Review the choices shown in Milo and your account before sharing personal information. Account deletion is available from account settings.

Clinical confidentiality

Clinical records may have legal retention obligations that differ from ordinary account data. Review the applicable terms and consent information before using a clinical service.
